Having held multiple lateral and vertical leadership roles over the years, one key insight stands out: clear, sustainable, and openly communicated strategies - combined with structured team organization and a strong sense of individual responsibility - consistently lead to the highest motivation and best results. Whether in business or in sports, it all comes down to openness, focus, courage, respect, and commitment. These values also help build resilient, crisis-ready teams.

Lifelong learning is part of the job: Beyond my academic studies in Linz, I’ve pursued a wide range of professional development programs: Innovation and Product Management at MCI Innsbruck, leadership training in Austria and Switzerland, Sustainability Accounting FSA credential by IFRS, Agile Coaching with ISO 17024 certification, and Scrum Master certifications. In parallel, I’ve also completed training as a certified cross-country ski instructor, ski school director, certified health coach, and earned a Sport Austria certificate in sports management.
